Have you ever been in tough times, be it in business, school, work or general life issues. Have you ever asked the question why me, has it ever bothered you how some people make it and you always hit the wall, doors are always shut in your face and your ideas never go any further than your nose?

The truth about tough times is that they never kill, they might not be easy but they will not kill you. I always say that if you do not respect yourself to ask where you are going and how you will get there, life will be cruel enough to ask you that and it will punish you for not being prepared. If you are too busy to pay attention to life, life will is never too busy to punish you for not paying attention to it.

Life is the study of attention, what you attend to is what will either carry you in life or take you down. If you are so negative, you will reap negativity but if you are positive the rewards are countless. I am not saying it is easy but it will be bearable, you will make it through tough times as long as you are positive and focused.

Quitting is not an option, NO GUTS NO GLORY, I say. Have mental pictures of where you are going in life and what you are going to become. Look at the route you are taking, pay attention to what you hear, see and do. Remember life is the study of attention. What are you attending to in tough times, will it get you out of your situation or does it bear ant relevance to your future?

To make it through life in tough times, keep positive mental picture because a picture is worth a thousand words and the more the pictures, the more you are saying to both your situation and yourself. Speaking positive words will always keep you going, it will keep you looking forward and sooner than you think you have made it through.

Be positive, those with an I CAN ATTITUDE can only conquer life.
